Think you can you dance? Prove it.

Plano is hosting a Dance Battle for the locally limber elite. The Secret Society Club and Plano Stages are presenting the Urban Movement Festival on Friday, September 21. This dance showcase will bring the hip-hop movement to McCall Plaza for an evening of family-friendly fun. Bring the kids, and have some fun.

The Dance festival will feature 2 vs. 2 Dance Battles and Dance Team showcases. Watching the show is free to the general public, and attendees will be able to enjoy vendors and a special guest performance from The Alliance. Winners will receive bragging rights for their solo performance, dance team or ensemble.

Dancers wishing to compete in the Urban Movement Festival can sign up starting this Friday, September 7, 2018.  Stay tuned to the Facebook Event for details and announcements. If you want to sign up, entry costs are a steal at just $10 per solo dancer ($20 per team), and space is limited so sign up as quick as you can. Prizes will be awarded to winners!
